This special event offers a unique opportunity for you to come together, build leadership skills, strengthen teamwork, and grow in your role as leaders within your Ngành! Throughout the day, you will engage in activities designed to challenge and develop your abilities, as well as connect with your fellow leaders.
At the conclusion of this training, your Ngành Trưởng will carefully evaluate your performance to determine who is best suited to take on the roles of Đội Trưởng and Đội Phó in your respective Ngànhs. So, come prepared, bring your energy, and give it everything you’ve got!
